Flights from Bangkok to/from Paro: $900 (approximate)
Single supplement: $865

NOTE: We will book your flights from Bangkok, Thailand to/from Paro, Bhutan. Price above is approximate and will be confirmed once final payments are due.

Tour price includes: Transportation and accommodation in Bhutan, 33 meals, snacks, tea/coffee, bottled water during activities, tips for guide and driver, Bhutanese visa, government Sustainable Development Fund fee, entrance to monasteries and festivals as noted in itinerary.

Tour price does not include: Flights to and hotel in Bangkok, ground transportation (if required) in Bangkok, travel insurance (highly recommended), personal purchases such as beverages, souvenirs and laundry.

This trip is limited to 15 women and requires a $900 deposit to secure your spot.

CANCELLATION CHARGES
To cancel your booking, you must submit your request to us in writing by emailing Teresa@WanderTours.com or postal mail at WanderTours, PO Box 16102, Seattle, WA 98116. Cancellation fees will be applied per person according to the following schedule, based on the date we receive your written notification:

More than 90 days prior to tour: Forfeiture of $400

61 – 90 days prior to tour: Forfeiture of full deposit

30 – 60 days prior to tour: Forfeiture of 50% of total price

Less than 30 days prior to tour: Forfeiture of 100% of total price


No refunds will be provided for any unused portion of a tour once the tour begins, including if you leave a tour for any reason or have to be removed from a tour. There are no exceptions to this cancellation and refund policy, including for reasons related to weather, terrorism, civil strife, personal, family, or medical emergencies, or any other circumstances beyond our control.

TRAVEL, EVACUATION AND CFAR INSURANCE
We encourage you to protect your investment in this tour by purchasing comprehensive insurance. Travel insurance covers cancellations due to a variety of issues but it may also cover baggage, medical, accident/life, evacuation, repatriation and other expenses which might arise as a result of loss, damage, injury, delay or inconvenience to you.

IMAGE RELEASE
You agree that WanderTours may use, re-use, and reproduce any images, photos or videos that you send to us, or that are taken by our guides and/or other travelers of you individually or in a group, in any medium, including but not limited to print, electronic media, or Internet, free of charge and without your right to inspection, for promoting and publicizing our travel products and services worldwide.

If you do not want us to use any images of you that are taken by us or other participants during the tour, you must inform us or your tour leader in writing at the start of the tour.

PAYMENT INFORMATION
Each participant must fill out this form and send in a deposit of $900.

Complete and final payment is due no later than January 26, 2025.

The deposit amount listed on the website for this tour is required to secure your place on this tour. Final payment is due 60 days prior to departure. If your booking is made within 60 days of departure, the entire tour cost must be paid when we confirm the trip with you.

If you prefer to make payments toward the balance, you are welcome to send them prior to this date. We accept payments by check or money orders (in US dollars) to our PO Box, by bank/wire transfer, through VENMO (@beth-whitman) or by credit/debit card via PayPal (beth@wandertours.com).

And, while we can definitely accept a credit or debit card via PayPal, we really appreciate you paying by check, wire or VENMO as it cuts down tremendously on bank fees. If you’re able to pay by check, Venmo or wire transfer, Beth will bring you a thank you gift on the tour :)

NOTE: If you pay your deposit by check, we cannot confirm your reservation until your payment has cleared the bank. Checks returned by the bank will incur a $25 returned check fee.
