Thank you so much for being an important part of TUSC365 Spring League in 2022! Please share your feedback about your experience this season so that we can improve our spring league programming model and continue offering opportunities to youth ultimate players and families. ALL QUESTIONS ARE OPTIONAL; feel free to answer as many or as few as you'd like. We are not collecting email addresses through this survey; you may choose to remain anonymous. We estimate that this survey will take roughly five minutes to complete.
