What is this survey for?

The objective of this survey is to collect data from RBSC & RBSC Polo Club members in order to develop policy, procedures and channels for whistleblowing at Club. All responses to this questionnaire will be kept anonymous, and your contribution will be reported only as coming from a member. We greatly appreciate your time in responding to this important area in order to improve, uphold and maintain the best interests of the Club.
