One-on-One Running Coaching

WHAT YOU GET for VIRTUAL TRAINING?  I will give each runner a personal training pace, assessments, weekly training plan, optional strength, flexibility, and more workouts, coach tips, unlimited interaction (available for text, phone, zoom, chat) *minus the few times I am unavailable throughout the year, and so much more!  

When people think of a running coach they may think of elite athletes, but today coaching services are not just for elite athletes. In fact, most Coaches do not coach elite athletes but work directly with recreational athletes looking to improve their time, increase their distance, or to get back into running after a break or recovering from an injury.  People work with a coach for extra motivation to keep them on track.

Different people look for different things from a running coach. Some people like to work with their coach in person as they train while others prefer to find a coach online who will develop a personalized training plan based on information provided by the client. We also offer group coaching - check out the Facebook group for details.

I currently coach middle school cross country, middle school girls soccer, as well as adults training for marathons.  I am RRCA Certified (level one), USATF Certified (level one and level two:  endurance and youth, cross country).  I have experience working with new runners (general training, first marathons, or improving marathon times) and youth athletes.  Work hard + have fun.
  • Discounted rate for virtual training:  Please make sure you are a part of the PNW Ladies Running Group: in order to get the discounted rate.  Only members of the group can get a discount on the training - yet another reason this is the biggest & best in the area!!! 50% of the first month ($95 normally).  If you'd like to sign up, here are some options ($95 ongoing or $47.50 for first month).
  • Normal rate for virtual training: Runners NOT in the social running group.  $95 per month
  • In-person training:  $30 for one hour (Includes long-run at a mutually-agreed upon location in Snohomish/King Counties.  Will run with you providing real-time feedback.).  Or do you need a running buddy on the day of the race to help you cross the finish line?  Pay for my race entry and I'll help you!

-pay via paypal ( add $2 to cover service fees

NEWLY ADDED:  including monthly goodies for you to try on your training runs!  I'll send you a monthly packet for you to try new fuel during your training runs.  If you like it, then you can continue using it.  If you don't like it, then no harm was done!  No extra charge!
