High School Instructional Field Trip Request
A field trip is defined as any journey by a group of students away from the school premises, under the supervision of a teacher, which is an integral part of an approved course of study and conducted for the purpose of affording a first-hand educational experience not available in the classroom. (EHUFSD Policy #8460) This form must be completed and submitted to the principal for approval at least three weeks prior to the scheduled trip. If the field trip is overnight, out of state, or beyond 100 miles in destination please complete the EHUFSD Extended Field Trip Request Form. The safety and well-being of the students and staff shall be the primary considerations of all field trips.
