4/28/19: March for Babies
Did you know that every year, about a half a million babies are born premature or with birth defects in the United States? March of Dimes is a nonprofit organization dedicated to ensure that all babies get the best possible start in life, and every year in New York, they hold a march to raise awareness for babies born too early. Why do we walk? By walking, we raise money to expand programs and educate medical professionals to make sure that moms and babies get the best possible care. And we support moms through every stage of the pregnancy journey, even when everything doesn't go according to plan.
