Early Move-In Request
This form is to request an early move-in, which is requesting to move-in any date before the contract listed move-in date (the start date of the contract). This process does not change any part of your contract. Early move-in is not guaranteed and is not recommended. The request's approval is dependent on availability, logistics, and officer/staff availability. The request is only valid if it is requested 2 weeks before the requested move-in date. You can only request early move in at the property where you have a contract.

It may take up to a week before your requested move-in date to be approved. We can not/ will not expedite any approvals; any questions asking about the timeline of early move-in requests maybe ignored due to limited staff capacity. If you need a place to live before the contractual move-in date, we recommend making parallel plans for temporary accommodations.

If the request is more than 2 weeks before the move-in date, then you maybe required to sign an additional contract. The cost of early move-in can vary from $20 a day to the listed daily rate on your contract. The payment for early move-in is due within 3 days of receiving keys. If the payment is made later than 3 days, then you are subject to the late fees listed in your contract.
By submitting this form, you are agreeing to take the room as is upon early move-in. *
Early move-ins are not advised due to the conditions of rooms and commons spaces not necessarily addressed before move-in.
