Submission Requirements:
For the purpose of media publicity and television coverage please provide a brief description of your entry and your organization.This media description will be what the Broadcasters use to describe your organization and your entry during the TV coverage. This form will accept multiple lines for your media description.

1. Insurance - If your Parade Entry includes a vehicle you must provide the Hamilton Santa Claus Parade Committee proof of $2,000,000.00 (Two Million) Third Party Liability Insurance that includes both the City of Hamilton and the Hamilton Santa Claus Parade Committee, as additional insured.
2. Entry Fees - The Parade Entry Fees can be made by either Email Transfer to hamiltonsantaparadeentry@gmail.com or by sending a Cheque payable to Hamilton Santa Claus Parade Committee to the following address: Hamilton Santa Claus Parade Committee P.O. Box 30023 Hamilton, Ontario L9B 0E4
