There will be three program grant cycles for 2026-2027. The grant cycles are as follows:
- Cycle 1: August 13, 2027 - October 5, 2026;
- Cycle 2: October 6, 2025 - January 5, 2027;
- Cycle 3: January 6, 2027 - March 5, 2027
Grant proposals will be due by 5:00 P.M. on the following dates:
- Cycle 1: October 5, 2026
- Cycle 2: January 5, 2027
- Cycle 3:
March 5, 2027
All proposals received during the cycle will be reviewed the following week and recipients will be contacted regarding awards distribution within 10 days of the submission deadline.
The Twenty-Third District PTA Programs Grant program is intended to support programs that directly benefit the students only. Funds awarded cannot be used to supplement donations to the school or district (such as field trips, assemblies, grade level funds or classroom supplies), and cannot be used to supplement or cover hospitality expenses (staff appreciation or volunteer appreciation) or operating expenses (office supplies, Convention, etc.).
A detailed program wrap up report, along with any unused grant funds, must be submitted to 23rd District within 30 days of the planned completion of the program.
