Getting to Know You Questionnaire                                      
BNC (Brandeis National Committee) is delighted to welcome you as a new member of the Phoenix Chapter! We are an all-volunteer organization of men and women committed to supporting programs at Brandeis University, such as Sustaining the Mind research in neurodegenerative diseases, and providing scholarships to Brandeis for Arizona students.

Our goal is for you to have fun while supporting Brandeis University through your philanthropic contributions. We offer special events and study groups that provide a broad spectrum of activities - and a great way to meet new people with similar interests. Hiking and bowling, canasta, bridge and mahjong, book clubs, lunch groups, theater and visits to local cultural sights are just a few of our many groups.

In order for our Chapter to maximize your experience, please complete this Getting to Know You questionnaire and submit it to us. You will be contacted by a Membership Committee Ambassador in the next few weeks to answer any questions you may have. Thank you!
