for international masterclass of French Baroque Music called „Akademie Versailles 2021" held between 13 and 18 July 2021 at the Prague Conservatoire in Prague.

Please fill in ALL FOLLOWING DETAILS below and SEND this application together with the mandatory attachments BEFORE 14 MARCH 2021 at THE LATEST.

By sending this application form to the organizer the participant expresses his or her binding interest to participate in the project. By sending this application form the participant agrees to comply with instructions of the organizer. The participant also gives his or her full consent for the use of photographic or video documentation by the organizer, for the purpose of the implementation, evaluation and promotion of the project. The participant covers his or her accommodation and travel costs.
