2018 Student Organization Event Fund
Student clubs and organizations can apply to the Student Event Fund for up to $500 of matching funds for any event that relates to innovation or entrepreneurship, promotes diversity and inclusion, enables interdisciplinary collaboration, and results in some kind of concrete action.

Note that these are matching funds—Tsai CITY will contribute no more than half of the cost of an event (up to $500), and you must have already received the amount to be matched from another sponsor before you can apply to this fund.
This funding cannot be used to pay Yale students for their time as a stipend or wage.

Applications are accepted at any time during the fall and spring semesters, and awarded once a week (on Fridays).

If you have any questions feel free to email Ony at onyeka.obiocha@yale.edu

NOTE: If your funding proposal is approved, you will be required to send a synopsis of your experience within 10 days of the event/project. Your synopsis can take the form of a single written paragraph, a photo essay, a video, a collage, or other creative expression that documents how you used the funds and what impact it had on you. You will not be eligible to apply for funding in the future until you have sent your synopsis.
