  • Fill this form out at least 2 weeks prior to activity

    • Under 2 weeks may not get approved due to a shortage of bus drivers. 

    • Also, there may be changes to trips even if submitted prior to the 2 weeks. 

    • Must include a list of students sent to the office and emailed out to staff.

  • Overnight trips must be approved by board two months prior to the trip.

  • Once approved, the activity will be placed on the school calendar and the activity supervisor will receive a notification.
