Dear Parents/Guardians,
With the extension of the MECQ in Naga City, the HRmS-JSHS administration has decided to re-activate the Online Enrollment System of the Institution. And so, in this page, you shall see the Online Enrollment Form. Kindly read the instructions well and accomplish this form.
Those parents or guardians who are planning to visit the office to enroll personally, you may still drop-by at the office. Please do not anymore bring your son-seminarian for the enrollment. Please wear masks and observe the protocols. For the parents or guardians of newcomers, however, we will just schedule an online interview with your son through Google Meet.

Note Bene:
1. ADMISSION. For the Admission of new students, Entrance Exams are already waived. Please refer to the steps below.
2. MONTHLY FEES. The Board and Lodging are obviously not anymore among the fees. What remains are the Tuition (Php. 3, 000) and Miscellaneous Fees (Php. 1, 000) for a total of Php. 4, 000 per month
3. CLASSES. Classes start on August 23, however, please take note of the following:
3.a. August 11-13 COMMUNITY ONLINE RETREAT
3.b. August 15 - VIRTUAL ACQUAINTANCE PARTY
3.c. August 16, 17, and 19 PARENTS' AND STUDENTS' ONLINE ORIENTATION SEMINAR
There will still be no face to face classes this year as the DepEd has instructed. ONLINE DISTANT LEARNING via Google Classroom, Google Meet, and G-Mail will still be utilized. Thus, it is important also to invest in those materials like computer/laptop and reliable internet for the Learning Continuity of the seminarians considering also that this kind of online learning setting might still last for 1 to 2 years and as long as the government does not yet permit face to face classes.
Synchronous and asynchronous class session will still be our modes of delivery.
4. BOOKS. Books will be required this year. For the JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL, MODULE TEXTBOOKS will be available at the Procurator's office. You will just be notified if they are already available. There will be 4 Modular textbooks to be bought - one book per quarter, and these books already contain Modules for the six CORE SUBJECTS like Araling Panlipunan, Mathematics, Science, Filipino, English, and MAPEH. Aside from that, books for Latin, and Computer are also required. Other liturgical books like the Breviary is also a requirement. For the SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL, textbooks will also be used this school year. Kindly wait for the assessment of these books.
