The Sean McKenna Award is presented annually to a "rising star" in the Toronto Construction industry with the admirable qualities that ultimately make them great industry leaders. Winners distinguish themselves by going "above and beyond" the call of duty and makes significant contributions to the overall betterment of the industry.

Application Criteria (check all that apply):

Must be at or under the age of 40 and employee of a TCA member company in good standing

Demonstrate a commitment to promoting sustainability

Play a leadership role in their respective companies

Are committed to improving our industry and unselfishly volunteer beyond their call of duty

Earn the respect of their industry peers and make a genuine difference

Ethical Conduct and Professionalism are requisite qualities
