Hey there! Body Talk is a platform that focusses on promoting body and mind positivity for the wellness and growth through personal stories and open conversations. This community helps empower people surrounded by negative thoughts on Body Image, and share information on Anxiety, Depression, Eating Disorders to spread awareness and wipe out the taboo behind them. Sharing personal experiences gives solace to those suffering and makes them feel understood.

Please take out some time to fill the following questions. I understand how private these stories are and can assure you your identity will not be disclosed (in fact I myself won't know who wrote what).
