HELP! My computer doesn't work and I don't know what to do . . .

PASSWORD HELP: Students can check on forgotten passwords (https://studentpasswordlookup.fwisd.org/) OR ask ANY teacher to help 'unlock' or 'reset' your password. Teachers can use the FWISD Employee page https://www.fwisd.org/Page/2366 to reset faculty/staff passwords.

TECH HELP: People experiencing OTHER problems, please fill out this form and submit a working phone number for texts. Please provide a contact that you will check/read/answer. Tech support will be available in the library 3rd and 7th periods.

Tech Committee will respond to form entries via text or email within 24 hours. Safety guidelines limit the number of people at a time receiving aid in the portable. The form lets us know which Steers need help and to track requests by date and time for classroom support. It also allows us to set appointments.
