Not sure how to properly fuel and hydrate during race week?! Mastering your carbohydrate loading plan is essential for peak performance on race day. Equally important is having a proper fueling and hydration plan.
Join us on Tuesday, September 10th and meet guest speaker Kristy Baumann who will discuss solid nutrition strategies to ensure optimal performance.
Kristy Baumann, RD, LD, is a Registered Dietitian who specializes in working with runners.

The Motion Center will be open at 5:30pm if you want to get a run in before the program. Refreshments and restrooms will be available.
