Learning outcomesThe postgraduate students will learn to:- Design a syllabus - Plan lectures and seminars (tutorials)- Establish relations with students and administrative staff- Assess students.
The planned activities will include two blocks: morning (group work: get-to-know activities, setting goals, discussion) and afternoon (pairwork: designing individual syllabus, plans, assessment methods, presenting these to the group). The workshop will include follow-up on each student’s practical work and teaching practice.
Preparation:Before the workshop, each student is asked to write a short paragraph on their planned course, workshop, seminar, etc. indicating the main idea of it. The course can vary in length and depth (e.g., a course on Linguistic Anthropology, a workshop on methodology, a seminar on publishing, etc.).
The language of the course is English.
