To begin your tattoo journey with us, please fill out this Tattoo Request Form with as much detail as possible. Once we have received your form, please allow a few weeks/months for an email response from your selected artist. Not every request will receive a response. This can be due to an overwhelming number of requests, limited artist availability, or a low budget that does not match the request. Please keep in mind that our current shop minimum is $250.
