Recommended Reading:

To make the most of this experience, we suggest reading the first three of Drunvalo's books:

- The Ancient Secret of the Flower of Life (Volumes I and II)
- Living in the Heart

This foundational knowledge will greatly enrich your journey during the workshop. I especially recommend immersing yourself in Living in the Heart for deeper insights.

If you don’t have physical copies of the books but would like to explore their content, feel free to reach out—I can provide online links for reading.

Workshop Schedule:

Time: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM daily
Lunch Break: 1 hour 15 minutes (mid-day)
Snack Breaks: 20 minutes (mid-morning and mid-afternoon)

Herbal tea and snacks will be provided throughout the day.

You are welcome to bring your own food, which can be stored in our refrigerator. While there are nearby places to eat, it’s best to save them for dinner as the workshop covers a lot each day. You can also purchase sushi and other ready-made food close by. The breaks give enough time to enjoy your meal and relax, but not enough to leave, order food, return, and eat.

Our goal is for everyone to have enough time to eat and integrate during these breaks, but also in a calming and unhurried way.

Local Tips:

If you’re planning to extend your stay after the workshop, I’m happy to share recommendations on other things to do in the area. Feel free to ask!
