We try hard to ensure that our trips and activities are safe and enjoyable for all who participate, and we would love to hear from you about your experience with us and any suggestions you may have. Whether it’s a compliment, a complaint, a comment or an idea, we can use it to improve the quality of what we’re doing. Of course we like compliments, but we learn most from complaints. If you have a reason to make a complaint about us or any of our trip leaders, we will listen to what you say and investigate your complaint politely, fairly and in confidence, apologize if we have made a mistake, and take action to stop it happening again and let you know what we are going to do. We prefer that you identify yourself so that we can follow up with you, but you can leave comments anonymously if you wish.  Either way, we value your comments and take them seriously.
