Beverage Vendor Information

We are excited to once again host the Annual Wine, Craft Beverage and Artisan Festival!

Music will be provided from 6-8 pm

This event draws between 300 and 500 attendees featuring live music, local artisans, food trucks and samplings of wine and craft beverages.

PLEASE help us to build community spirit and pride by becoming a vendor at this event!

Vendor set-up time is any time between 2-5 p.m.

All vendors are expected to complete setup by 5 p.m.
Vendors are responsible for providing their own supplies including: tasting cups, ice, chairs, and signage.
The Chamber is supplying a large tent, a table and a $100 stipend.

You must provide a Certificate of Insurance naming the Village of Newark and the Newark Chamber of
Commerce as Additional Insured. If you are providing samples of wine, beer or cider your tent will be provided by the Chamber, otherwise you must provide your own.
