Keep in mind:
• All hired Cafe O’Play staff will be required to pass a criminal background check.
• All staff will be required to complete CPR, AED, and First Aid Certified training.
• All staff must be able to lift a 25 pound box and navigate quickly and easily through our play structure and sports court to assist children as needed.
• We insist on a drug, alcohol, and tobacco free environment. For this reason, we enforce a strict zero-tolerance policy with regard to the aforementioned items. Any employees who come to work under the influence of or who is found in possession of drugs and/or alcohol will be terminated immediately.
• All employees are subject to random drug testing per our discretion.
• We expect staff to show up on time for all scheduled shifts. Tardiness and absence are unacceptable.

• Energetic, intelligent people who love to smile and whose positive attitude sparks a smile in those around them.
• A love for children and families.
• Due to our young clientele, it is important that all Cafe O’Play team members maintain a wholesome, family-friendly appearance, and high grooming standards.
• A willingness to serve others without being told.
• Excellent people skills. Courteous, respectful, and responsible team member/customer relations are a MUST!

• Honest, hardworking people of integrity who can keep their head about them when it’s chaotic and busy. Getting stressed or upset easily are not qualities of a successful Cafe O’Play team member.
