Campus Recreation Facility/Field Reservation Request Form
Please note that processing takes time and that standard requests must be submitted at least 2 weeks ahead of the requested date. Special event requests requiring set-up and/or staffing must be submitted at least 4 weeks prior to the requested date for consideration.
Reservations are accepted on a case-by-case basis. Reservations will only be accepted for registered student organizations of 10 or more, university departments and select community groups.
In order to preserve open recreation and service to our student and patron base, reoccurring reservations beyond Campus Recreation programs and academic classes will not be granted except under rare circumstances.
Reservation requests are considered in order of the date received and in accordance with facility/field availability and the following priority: 1) Campus Recreation programs, the President's Office, Student Affairs, Board of Trustees 2) Clemson University Registered Student Organizations 3) Clemson University Departments and 4) Non-University affiliated organizations. Reservations are not considered confirmed until the organization receives such notice from the Events and Scheduling Team.
