1. Entry fees for BFI Treasures Market Day on
Saturday, November 19, 2022 and for Saturday, December 3, 2022.

2. BFI Treasures
will be working with the city of Windcrest on a Market Days event on Friday,
November 25, 2022 and Saturday, November 26, 2022. To qualify to participate at this event, vendors
need to participate in the November and/or the December Market Days. There will
be no entry fee for this Market Days instead vendors are being asked to bring a
new toy with a minimum value of $10.00.
3. All applications are to be delivered to BFI
Treasures Gift Shop at 5121 Crestway Dr. Suite 112, San Antonio, TX 78239. Payments must accompany the completed
application. Applications are considered
incomplete without the payment and will not be processed. Make
checks payable to BFI Treasures.
4. Items being sold may NOT contain any
profanity, nudity, or alcohol products. No
resale items or garage sale items will be allowed. Alcohol will not be allowed nor tolerated at
the Market Days. Vendors who do not comply
will be asked to leave and there will be no refund.
5. Vendors will supply their own display
material and equipment including tables and chairs. Tables may be rented for a fee. All display tables need to be covered and
draped. Vendors are expected to display their items within their own booth
space. Inside vendors may not attach or
tape items to the walls.
6. There is a limited number of electrical
outlets. If a vendor is in need of
electricity for their booth please indicate it on the application. Vendors must
provide their own extension cords.
Extension cords MAY NOT extend outside of their booth.
7. Outside vendors with canopy need to have
strong weights to hold them down in case of wind or weather.
8. All vendors must have a Texas Sales Tax
permit and collect sales tax on all sales.
A copy of the Sales Tax permit must be included with the vendor’s
application. Vendors may apply for Sales
Tax permit at https://comptroller.texas.gov/taxes/permit/. Sales will not be run through BFI Treasures,
all vendors will be responsible for correcting sales tax on their sales.
9. Booth location will be determined by the date
the application and payment is received.
10. Vendors selling home-made food items must
review the following website, http://www.texas cottagefoodlaw.com. Vendors must meet the special requirements
established by the Texas Department of Health.
Please remember it is your responsibility to comply with the rules of
the health department when selling food products. A visit from the health inspector can be
expected.
11. Set up time will be from 8:00 am to 9:30
am. Vendors are not to break down until
3:00 pm. All inside vendors must be out
of the building by 4:00 pm. Vendors are
expected to stay to the end of the
Market Day. Please be considerate of
other vendors when setting up and breaking down.
12. BFI Treasures and the city of Windcrest will
be advertising the Market Days, but vendors are also being asked to help by
advertising on their social media sites and at any other craft shows they will
be attending.
13. Vendors will display respectful and courteous
conduct and use appropriate language at all time with other vendors, customers,
and Market Day coordinator.
14. Vendors must remove their own trash from the
premises at the end of the day.
15. Food will be sold at the Market Days. Vendors are encouraged to support the group
providing the food by purchasing their lunch from them.
16. If a vendor needs to cancel their application,
refunds will not be made after October
19, 2022.
17. Confirmation of vendor’s booth space will be
emailed to you by Oct. 19, 2022.
