Your student was chosen due to their musical abilities in the music classroom. The Orff Ensemble dues are $20. The $20 dues includes a t-shirt and helps defray the cost of music and other supplies. Due to going on maternity leave the beginning of the school year, I am asking for membership dues prior to next school year. Payments will only be accepted via RevTrak, and this form & Revtrak payments will be cut off once we have reached our capacity of 30 students. All dues must be paid no later than November 1st to secure your child's spot. Please pay dues on RevTrak. **For teacher on the RevTrak form, please just put down Swann - for student grade, please put down their grade for next school year**
