Wahiawā Market Day Vendor Application (General Interest Form)
Aloha, mahalo for your interest in the Wahiawā Market Day! 

This event is a partnership between Wahiawā Fresh and the Wahiawā Value-Added Product Development Center. The goal of Wahiawā Market Day is to feature and showcase local food businesses with products grown and/or produced locally that celebrate the unique flavors and cultures of Hawaiʻi. Wahiawā Market Days occur every third Saturday of the month from 9:00am to 1:00pm.

We would like to get to know our interested vendors better and be sure we have a curated range of products and vendors at each market. Please fill out the form below so we may better understand who you are. Please note: we are generally not accepting non-food/beverage/farmer vendors at this time. 

Upon review of your vendor application*, we will email confirmation and send a separate link to pay your $35 booth fee and to upload any pertinent forms (food and food product vendors) with our event partner Wahiawā Fresh. All vendors will be indoors or in a covered outdoor lanai space. If you require an outdoor space (i.e. food trucks, food carts, etc.), we will do our best to accommodate space in our parking lot.

You do not need to fill out this general interest form multiple times or month-to-month. We keep track of the full pool of applicants if you have previously submitted a form. We will invite you to apply for the upcoming month if there is an open spot for you. 

*Please note, in our effort to have a curated range of products for each market, spaces may fill up per each type of products. If space is full for your type of product, we can waitlist you. We appreciate your understanding.
