Businesses will be accepted for vending if the offering is a fermented product or the recipe includes a fermented product or is created for a fermenting process. The only exception to this will be the local vegetable and fruit farmers who will participate in our "Farmers' Market". Once accepted, you will receive an email as your confirmation. Please send a separate email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your high resolution logo attached once approved as a vendor.
The AFF will be free to the public on Saturday, November 15th from 11am until 4pm inside the Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts located in the Domain. map: www.http://goo.gl/ilWOXM
Each vendor will have a 6 ft. table with tablecloth, a chair and space for signage in front of your table or behind space with wall or glass. There will be limited electricity. Please plan to supply your own biodegradable or composting tasting spoons (www.ecospoons.com) and plates or cups as well as your own trash can for tasting refuse. You will be required to take your trash with you.
Load in will be from 8am until 10am. We expect vendors to be ready to vend at 10:45am. No exceptions. There will be plenty of parking and we will supply 5 shared dollies for loading in and out.
Kitchen space if available and will be limited to vendors who are also leading a demonstration.
The price for a table space will be $75 for the day; paid no later Sunday, November 9 to F2M Texas via PayPal on website (http://texasfarmersmarket.org/store/#!/Austin-Fermentation-Festival-Vendor-Booth-Fee/p/40962341/category=0) or in person at Cedar Park Farmers' Market on Saturdays from 9am-1p or Sundays at the Mueller Farmers' Market from 10am-2pm or checks sent to F2M Texas, 800 Oakdale Drive, Austin, TX 78745.
Bottled water will be supplied to vendors.
If you sell out of your product you will be required to stay with your table set up until 4pm.
