List of primary responsibilities:
Responsible for the welcoming and efficient check-in of attendees, verifying session access via badge scanning, ensuring a smooth flow of traffic to maintain the event schedule, supporting positive meal experiences, upholding the event's code of conduct, and providing crucial assistance with event setup and teardown.

All volunteers must attend a one-hour online orientation session the week before the AI Engineer World's Fair. Three date and time options will be available.

The Worlds Fair is being held in San Francisco, CA. The event takes place over 3 days: June 3, 4 & 5 of 2025. There is an additional setup day on June 2. 

There are two general shifts:

Morning Shift: 7:30am - 1:00pm
Afternoon Shift: 12:30pm - 7:30pm

* 1/2 day free admission granted only on days that you work 1/2 a day.
