Thirty-Second District PTA 2019 Scholarship Application
Thirty-Second District PTA serves the youth and families of Contra Costa County. At the Founders' Day celebration on February 28, 2019, we will award six $500.00 scholarships to graduating high school students who participate in their Contra Costa County high school PTSA. Applicants must be in good standing at their high school, have a 2.0 or higher grade point average, and plan to attend an accredited career or technical school, community college, or four-year college.

These scholarships focus on school volunteering, community service, personal challenge and exemplification of PTA's values. Scholarships will be distributed among the areas of focus, with two awards given to students at each of the three education paths. Funds must be used during the 2019-2020 school year for educational expenses that qualify under a 529 Plan. (IRS Qualified Tuition Program)

The last page of this application lists the specific qualifications for applicants and their PTSAs. Applications may be submitted by Google Form (preferred), email or USPS mail, and must be time-stamped by Google or USPS postmark by 11:59 p.m. on January 21, 2019.
