The festival site is nice and compact, making it ideal for families to get amongst the action whilst never being too far from their base of operations, be it a tent, motorhome, caravan or luxury Glamping spot. In addition to two towering big-top music venues, (mainstage is fully seated, with an “attentive - concert hall” ambience, stage two is a standing venue for a more boisterous atmosphere) the festival site features lively street-arts performers, workshop activities, handmade crafts and vintage stalls as well as boutique street food vendors and bar areas.
MAKERS MARKET FOR 2019The following information is provided in relation to a covered trading venue located in a large clearspan marquee within the main events field of the festival. The marquee will house approximately 20 craft traders and provides an opportunity for those traders that don’t have or do not wish to set up their own covered stall. There will be a keen focus on products that are hand-made by local artisans who are, ideally, also the traders themselves. We expect demand for these pitches to be high and we will be actively prioritising applications with unique, creative and innovative products. Locally sourced and created items. Hand-crafted, one of a kind pieces. Recycled, up-cycled and sustainably sourced goods. We strive to include a diverse range of traders to the festival and will always keep the overlapping of goods within the MAKERS MARKET to a minimum.
