SLA / KPI Question
In our organization our experience with SLAs/KPIs are:
We are happy with them as is
They feel more like a contract rather than a mutual commitment
They are more about "what to do" & "how well to do it" rather than "do we like what has been done"
More about internal service management than employee or customer
