Welcoming another doula into the postpartum space of my clients is very delicate. I want to make sure that all shadow doulas who work with me are a good fit for my approach and the way this shadowing opportunity is structured.

If you are selected as a shadow doula, the fees for this service are $200 to observe 1 postpartum doula visit, $250 to observe 2 postpartum doula visits, and $300 to observe 3 postpartum doula visits. (Shadow doulas are not performing a service for the doula they observe or for the clients. As such, there is no compensation offered for this experience.)
