Booth Spaces are ONLY $50.00 EACH DAY! *Registration Closes on December 20th at 6:00 p.m. Vendors must arrive by 4:30 on Friday, December 28th for set-up and be open and ready for business by 5:30.

Arrival, Parking Check In, and Booth Assignments *
Vendors MUST have a confirmation letter. Each vendor MUST check in with Nia Hendrix-Wilson or Tonya Poole at the Information Booth. Vendors may park in the loading area of the International Civil Rights Center and Museum during set up, but must move their cars to a parking space once booth set-up is complete.

Power and Supplies / General Expectations and Prohibited Items *
Power will be provided to vendors. Chairs and tables will be provided to vendors. All vendors will remain open and ready for business on Dec. 28th from 5:30-10:30. Music is not allowed in booths. No refunds will be issued unless we are negligent in providing set-up materials; i.e., power, chairs, tables No tobacco, drug or alcohol products are allowed. All sales are conducted strictly between vendor and buyer. Vendors are required to conduct such sales on an ethical basis. In no way will the Indigo’s Cultural Art Centers/GSO Kwanzaa Collective, the City of Greensboro, nor the International Civil Rights Center and Museum be held responsible for any transaction nor will they guarantee sales volume.

Each vendor MUST check in with Tonya Poole or Nia Hendrix-Wilson of the GSO Kwanzaa Collective. Each vendor is responsible for cleaning up booth area and placing trash in dumpsters.

I certify that I have read the Kwanzaa Celebration Vending Information sheet and have (or will) communicate it to persons working in my vending area. Moreover, I understand that my vending operation may be shut down by Indigo’s Cultural Art Centers/GSO Kwanzaa Collective for violation of any of the above provisions. If shutdown/ejected for any reason of the aforementioned reasons any fees paid will be non-refundable.

Vendors can pay online with PayPal, Master Card, Visa, and Visa/Debit I understand that neither the venues or Indigo’s Cultural Art Centers / GSO Kwanzaa Collective, nor the Chairperson nor any assistants are responsible for the loss of, or damage to work, equipment, personal injuries or property damage; nor will I be a part of any legal action against Indigo’s Cultural Art Centers Staff/Volunteers, any venues, or the City of Greensboro. The Kwanzaa Celebration will be held rain or shine and no refunds are issued unless the application is rejected prior to the celebration, or the venue has closed due to inclement weather or other unforeseen reasons.
