Please complete this application by Friday, October 25, 2024 to participate in the Self-Advocate Speakers Training beginning Thursday, November 14, 2024.

This application is ONLY for Californians with disabilities, ages 18 and older. Applications will be reviewed as they are submitted and you will receive notice of admission status by Friday, November 1, 2024.

The training schedule for the program will include an orientation and three learning sessions via Zoom. 

Orientation: Thursday, November 14, 2024 from 3:00-4:30p.m.

Session 1: Thursday, November 21, 2024 from 3:00-4:30p.m.

Session 2: Thursday, December 5, 2024 from 3:00-4:30p.m.

Session 3: Thursday, December 12th, 2024 from 3:00-4:30p.m.
