Alumni & Friends of Pakuranga College: Mentor Register
An Alumni & Friends Mentor is willing to share their professional and personal experience with students, staff or another Alumni. Mentors may communicate by phone, email, Skype. Some mentors will be invited to speak in person to a class or small groups of students.

How it works:
1) Willing Alumni & Friends leave their details on the private Alumni Mentoring Register available to staff, students, Alumni & Friends. (The Mentoring Register is managed by the Alumni & Friends Mentoring Co-ordinator).

2) If students or adults want advice about a particular industry, business, community organisation, educational pathway, sport or cultural field, they will select someone from the available register to interview.

Students may be interested in your personal or professional achievements.

3) The Alumni & Friends Mentoring Co-ordinator will make the introduction and monitor contact between Mentors and Mentees (in particular with students).

Student Mentees will learn how to engage appropriately with a mentor eg, communication, time agreements etc.
Mentors will receive a guideline for engagement.

Thank you for your interest.
