Are you interested in learning more about using INQUIRY in your social studies classroom? This FREE workshop will walk teachers through the steps of inquiry, provide resources to examine current practices, and provide time and support for the creation of your own unit that can be used in the upcoming school year. Teachers are encouraged to bring members of your department/district and use the day to update current units of instruction with research based best practices.

Each day will go from 9:00am-4:00pm with time allowed for lunch. Lunch will not be provided so participants are encouraged to bring their own lunch or plan for grabbing a quick bite to eat

A certificate for seven contact hours from the Department of Education will be awarded upon completion of the training.
