Students who have been accepted for the 2025-2026 school year may attend summer School if the student is three years of age and/or an alumni of CMS (up to 6th grade), and provide up to date Virginia School Entrance Health form and immunization records prior to the first day of summer school.
If you have multiple students attending 2025 CMS Summer School please fill out a form for each student.
Summer school starts on June 9, 2025 and the last day of summer school will be August 8, 2025.
CMS will open from 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. We will be open only for the months of June and July. CMS will be closed the week of June 30 - July 4. Classes will resume July 7, 2025. An invoice will be generated via ProCare, within 24-48 hours of submission and will be due on the date indicated on the form prior to the chosen week.
Parents/Guardians must select the weeks they would like the child(ren) to attend the summer school in advance. If you do not select a specific week, but later decide you would like your child to attend a week not previously chosen, parents/guardians will need to pay the drop in rate per day.
If you decide your child will not attend the summer school, but have reserved the week in advance, you will still be responsible for paying the week. No refunds.
Students registered for the half-day program (under five-year-old only) who are at school outside the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. will be charged an Extended Day Care cost of $10 per hour.
CMS will open on Aug. 4th - 15th for the Uniform Resale Event from 9AM-3PM, Monday-Friday.
First day of school is Aug. 25th, 2025.
