If we reach our target by the date outlined below, we will process all deposits to confirm the space. If we don’t get enough interest by target date, our group rates will not apply. You will be informed either way.

Once your form is submitted, your travel advisor will be in touch to go over the details and to collect your payment information prior to the deposit due date. Space is not guaranteed until deposits are processed.  Once you submit this form, it is confirmation that you agree to pay the non-refundable deposit once it is requested by supplier.  Only fill out the form if you want to book. 

Packages include direct flights from Gander, transfers and all inclusive stay!
(exact flight schedule has not been released yet, you will be updated with this information once available)

Deposit required to book is $250/person

Deposits will be processed when requested by supplier (on or before June 3, 2024).

Deposits are non-refundable. Travel Insurance is not included but recommended.

Final Payment is due on February 13, 2025.
