After submitting this form, please complete the following forms- SREC Release Form AND SREC Medical Release Form (Clickable links in blue OR available online - "downloadable forms") with signature and fees payable to Sandy River Equestrian Center, to : Franz-Hahr Phillips, 810 Parkview Avenue, Martinsville, VA 24112. You may also pay by credit card. If paying by credit card, please note that there is a 5% surcharge to cover the cost of the service.

The weekly day camp fee of $300 or adult camp fee of $250 per rider or overnight camp fee of $500 per rider must be prepaid to be registered. All campers must be pre-registered prior to the beginning of the camp session to attend. SREC physical address: 457 Ferrell Lane, Axton, VA 24054
