SHORT Q&A

How many shifts to take?
We ask you to take on a minimum of 4 hours and a maximum of 8 hours per day.
Make sure to leave time for breaks, dancing, and breathing.
Of course, if you want to stay longer and help more — amazing! But please don’t overdo it.

How will I know what to do during my shift?
There will be crew onboarding one week before the festival, where we’ll go over roles and responsibilities. Plus, at the start of each shift, there will be a short intro. If you’re handing over to the next crew, make sure to give them a quick update too — keep the flow going!

When do I get access to the festival?
You’ll have access on the day of your shift.
To get in, you’ll need your crew T-shirt, which you’ll receive at the crew briefing or directly on the day of your shift. If you take at least three shifts over the course of the festival you get access to the whole festival weekend.

Can I join a workshop?
Yes, definitely — crew members can join workshops! There will be  a small fee of 15€.

Food & drinks?
Crew members get food and drink coupons during their shift hours. Stay fueled and hydrated!
