Please Note:
Every effort will be made to accommodate requests for additional space and power.  However, the availability of extra space and power will be dependent upon participation, and cannot be guaranteed, if at all, more than a week ahead of the show.
I hereby apply to display a model railroad layout at the Christmas Spectacular on Saturday, December 2, 2017.  I commit that I will have my layout set up and operating by 10:45 a.m., and that I will maintain it in operating condition up to the closing time of the show at 3:00 p.m.  I will ensure that at least one adult, age 21 years or older will be in attendance at my layout at all times during the show, and that any children operating the layout are closely supervised.  I will see that all my personal property is removed from the show venue by 4:00 p.m. the day of the show. I understand and agree that I exhibit my layout at my sole risk, and that I am solely responsible for the safety and security of my property. I specifically acknowledge that neither River Church, nor the organizers of this event assume any liability for lost or damaged belonging to me, or to any other person.
