Low Voter Turn-out Questionnaire
Does a lack of adequate political knowledge, stemming from a deficiency of appropriate educational measures, discourage unexperienced young voters to cast ballots?

As fall 2018 graduate students of Instructional Design and Technology enrolled in EME603 Inquiry and Measurement at the University of Tampa our goal is to investigate the perspectives of eligible American voters between the ages 18-25 years old regarding the reason behind low voter-turnout. By agreeing to participate, you will be asked to fill out a short survey of 12 questions. This survey should be able to be completed in 10 minutes or less.
Participating in this project is voluntary, and refusal to participate or withdrawing from participation at any time during the project will involve no penalty or loss of benefits to which the subject is otherwise entitled. This survey will have no impact whatsoever on class grading or performance. The principal investigator may terminate the participation of a subject or the project entirely without regard to the subject’s consent. In the event of questions or difficulties of any kind during or following participation, the subject may contact the Principal Investigator as indicated above.
