Mutual Aid Movement DC Aid Volunteer Intake
In the face of the COVID-19 pandemic it is clear that our government, and the whole capitalist system, are not meeting the needs of the people. We are a group of volunteers and front line service providers organizing in and around Ward 1 Washington, D.C. We are based in the Columbia Heights neighborhood. Mutual aid is essential for addressing people's immediate needs in the face of the lack of preparedness and the extreme negligence toward working-class people reflected in the dismal government response. We are getting a list of volunteers ready so people can be contacted as needs arise during the COVID-19 pandemic and beyond. Please fill out this form if you would like to volunteer. If you are in need of aid please fill out the following form --
