Transcript & Duplicate Diploma Request Form
If you are in need of official transcripts or a duplicate diploma from Duke Ellington School of the Arts, complete the below form. Please remember to use your legal name as of the time you were attending DESA.

The process for duplicate diplomas is managed mostly by the DCPS Central Records Office. Note that it is nearly impossible to estimate diploma reprinting turnaround time. While I must depend on DCPS, I assure you that I will move as quickly as I can with the parts of the process I control.

Please allow up to 10 business days for transcript request processing, especially during certain high demand times: admissions season (Feb-March), enrollment season (Apr-July), annual enrollment audit season (Oct-Nov).
