Your booking is not complete until you have paid in full. Payment must be made via bank transfer to Berkshire Hash House Harriers as detailed in the next section.

Confirmation of booking will be via email from us to the address supplied in the booking form (please ensure the address is correct). Please allow a day or two for confirmation.

Should the event have to be cancelled, a limited refund may be provided excluding any non-recoverable costs incurred by us.

Unfortunately due to significant costs already incurred, we are unable to refund registration. However, you can transfer your registration provided that both you and the recipient confirm this with us before the event. All transfers must be approved by the organisers. Please do not just turn up on the day expecting or hoping to be allowed to take another person’s place!

No rider will be permitted to participate in the event until they have accepted the Terms & Conditions of Participation set out in the final section.

I fully accept and agree that neither the organisers, officials, marshals, land owners or fellow participants, nor any person associated with the event may be held liable for any loss, damage or injury to me or my party that may occur during or in connection with the event.

Data Protection Act: Details from this booking will be stored and will be used to contact those booking regarding this event and future Nash Bash events.
