If you lose a Streak/How it works

This concept is a gamified monthly rewards system for Cineplex. Each month starts at Bronze, and every visit earns progress toward higher tiers like Silver and Gold, which unlock better rewards.

You check in by scanning a QR code at the theatre.

If you fall behind, there is a grace period that gives you extra time to revive your streak. To revive it, you simply need to go again to a theatre or Playdium/Cineplex or rent from Cineplex's digital store during that window and scan the QR code.

If you don’t revive it, your streak just resets next month, nothing is lost permanently, and you just start building again.
