Volunteer (hereafter referred to using "I", "me", or "my")

Volunteering in Donation Center, during Rooting Day, or Leading a Home Project (hereafter referred to using "participation in Volunteer Activities")

Rooted Interiors, Inc, its officers, directors, employees, sub-contractors, sponsors, agents, affiliates (hereafter referred to using "The Organization")

I hereby acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in volunteer activities organized by Rooted Interiors, Inc, including but not limited to the Donation Center, Rooting Day, and Leading a Home Project. In consideration for being permitted to participate in these volunteer activities, I agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Assumption of Risks: I understand that the volunteer activities may involve physical or manual labor, exposure to potential hazards, and other inherent risks associated with volunteering. I voluntarily assume all such risks and responsibilities for any injuries or damages that may occur during my participation in volunteer activites.

2. Health and Fitness: I certify that I am physically and mentally capable of participating in the chosen volunteer activities. I will immediately notify Rooted Interiors, Inc if my health status changes or if I become aware of any condition that may affect my ability to participate in volunteer activities safely.

3. Release and Waiver: In consideration of being allowed to participate in the volunteer activities, I hereby release and discharge Rooted Interiors, Inc, its officers, directors, employees, sub-contractors, sponsors, agents, affiliates, and volunteers from all present and future claims, demands, liabilities, actions, or causes of action related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, made by me, my family, estate, heirs, or assigns that may be sustained by me while participating in the volunteer activities even if caused by their ordinary negligence or otherwise.

4. Photographic Release: I grant Rooted Interiors, Inc the right to take photographs and videos of me during the volunteer activities. I authorize Rooted Interiors, Inc to use these images for promotional and marketing purposes without compensation.

5. Confidentiality: I agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information about Rooted Interiors, Inc, its clients, or other volunteers that I may come across during my participation in the activities.

6. Code of Conduct: I agree to adhere to Rooted Interiors, Inc, code of conduct, treating all individuals with respect and promoting a positive and inclusive environment.

By signing below, I acknowledge that I am of legal age and have carefully read and understood the terms of this Volunteer Waiver and Release Agreement. I voluntarily agree to abide by its terms and assume any associated risks.
