Υπενθυμίζεται ότι: οποιοδήποτε έκθεμα δεν συμφωνεί με όσα αναφέρονται στην προκήρυξη, δεν θα γίνεται δεκτό ακόμα και αν αυτό έχει καταχωρηθεί ηλεκτρονικά. Η συμπλήρωση του ηλεκτρονικού δελτίου συμμετοχής και η συμμετοχή στο διαγωνισμό «ΠΗΓΑΣΟΣ 2024» συνεπάγεται πως ο Διαγωνιζόμενος/Εκθέτης συμφωνεί και αποδέχεται τους όρους & τις προϋποθέσεις συμμετοχής (

Η διαχείριση και προστασία των προσωπικών δεδομένων του επισκέπτη / χρήστη του δικτυακού μας τόπου διέπεται από τους όρους της παρούσας και τις σχετικές διατάξεις τόσο του Ελληνικού Δικαίου (Ν2472/1997, Ν 2779/1999, ΠΔ 207 / 1998. ΠΔ 79 / 2000 και άρθρο #8 Ν2819/2000), τις αποφάσεις της Αρχής Προστασίας Προσωπικών Δεδομένων, όσο και του Ευρωπαϊκού Δικαίου (Οδ. 95/46/ΕΚ & 97/66/ΕΚ). Ο Διαγωνιζόμενος/Εκθέτης πρέπει να υποβάλει την παρούσα φόρμα ηλεκτρονικά. Δεν θα γίνονται δεκτές συμμετοχές χωρίς ηλεκτρονική προεγγραφή.
Οι υπογραφές του συμμετέχοντα και του Γενικού Γραμματέα συμπληρώνονται κατά την άφιξη των εκθεμάτων και παρουσία του διαγωνιζόμενου/εκθέτη που παραδίδει τα εκθέματα. Με την ολοκλήρωση της διαδικασίας παράδοσης των εκθεμάτων, ο διαγωνιζόμενος/εκθέτης θα παραλαμβάνει από την γραμματεία αντίστοιχο δελτίο επιστροφής του εκάστοτε εκθέματος, για την ασφαλή παραλαβή των εκθεμάτων την Κυριακή 24 Νοεμβρίου 2024 και μετά το πέρας της τελετής απονομής τιμητικών διακρίσεων. Σε περίπτωση απώλειας ή της μη επίδειξης του αντίστοιχου δελτίου, τα εκθέματα ΔΕΝ θα επιστρέφονται σε όποιον επικαλείται την κυριότητά τους.

Upon arrival to the Exhibition, the Secretariat will show you the electronically submitted registration form, so that you may confirm the validity of the information submitted by signing the form. Please be aware that any exhibit that is not in accordance with the published terms of the Exhibit/Contest will not be accepted, even if it has been included in the pre-registration form. Submitting the signed “Pegasus 2024” registration form means that the exhibitor/contestant agrees with the terms and conditions of the Exhibition/Contest (
pegasus-2024-terms-en). Management and protection of the personal data of the visitor/exhibitor of our web site is subject to the terms of this Exhibition/Contest and the relevant sections of the Greek Law (L2472/1997, L2779/1999, PD 207 / 1998. PD79 / 2000 and article #8 Ν2819/2000), and the decisions of the Authority for the Protection of Personal Data, as well as the European Law (Instr. 95/46/EK & 97/66/EK). This data is never made available to third parties (except as specified by Law or the governing Authorities), and the personal character of the date is protected. The Exhibitor/Contestant must submit this form electronically. Entries to the Exhibition/Contest will not be accepted if they have not been submitted electronically .
Please fill in the information for each exhibit, one model per line. The signatures of the exhibitor/Contestant are affixed upon arrival at “PEGASUS 2024”, in the presence of the Exhibitor/Contestant who presents the exhibits. Upon completion of the acceptance of the exhibits by the Secretary, the Exhibitor/Contestant is given a “Return Slip” for each exhibit, to be used for the safe return of the exhibits after the conclusion of the awards ceremony. In case of loss or failure to present the “Return Slip” the corresponding exhibit will NOT be returned to anyone who claims them
